arise in class, be able to teach to a variety of fitness levels,
be able to teach more modifications and progressions for
exercises, and broaden skills as an instructor to enrich

stabilization, fundamental spinal movement and kinesthetic
awareness. Matwork utilizes the Double Leg Pulley System. |

course based on traditional and evolved reformer exercise,
including abdominal work but also upper and lower body
resistance work on the GTS unit. |
The Corework
Series presents the traditional reformer repertoire with
enhanced Pilates-evolved exercises unique to the GTS. These
sequences challenge core dynamic by adding greater resistance
through the pulley system to achieve flexibility and control.
The GTS incline permits instructors to initiate exercises
earlier while promoting correct technique. Corework
incorporates all GTS Pilates accessories. |
